ranex Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ranex ("ranex", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all aspects of your access to and use of ranex.bet and any associated services, features, content, or products offered through the platform. By accessing ranex.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ranex.

ranex reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

Access to and use of ranex is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet each of these requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ranex enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will request age verification documents during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after verification of identity.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, corporation, syndicate, or other organisation. Corporate accounts are not permitted on ranex.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing ranex from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of ranex is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from ranex or any affiliated service, and you have not been self-excluded under any self-exclusion programme. You are not registered on any problem gambling self-exclusion scheme.

ranex may require you to provide documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ranex may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of ranex services, you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one ranex account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate).
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that is registered in your name and will be used for account verification, OTP delivery, and withdrawal processing.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. ranex may require supporting documentation to verify your date of birth during the KYC process.
• The mobile wallet details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number) that you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. The wallet must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information provided at registration.

ranex conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage of your relationship with ranex. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ranex reserves the right to place a hold on an account and associated funds during any ongoing KYC review.

ranex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the Bangladesh mobile payment methods listed on the ranex platform. All financial transactions on ranex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ranex does not accept international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency deposits. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. ranex reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, with such changes communicated via the platform or by direct notification to the affected player.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. ranex will not process withdrawals to a third party under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• ranex aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operational hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required. ranex does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances.
• Deposits made to a ranex account must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal. ranex reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering checks and may request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

ranex is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile wallet provider, bank, or network operator. Where a deposit does not reach the player's ranex balance within a reasonable time, the player should contact ranex support with proof of the transaction so that the matter can be investigated and resolved.

ranex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms that may apply to an individual promotion. Players should read all applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on ranex bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of value except in accordance with these Terms and the applicable bonus-specific terms.
• ranex reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, ranex will honour the terms applicable to that bonus at the time it was credited.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are subject to the terms of that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements on free spin winnings. Unless the promotion states otherwise, free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the standard wagering requirement.

By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion, including the stated wagering requirement, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry period. ranex cannot accept claims of ignorance of bonus terms that were available to read at the time of claiming.

ranex is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and their details reported to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm , crawler, or automated system to interact with ranex in any way, including placing bets, collecting data, or performing account actions, without the express written permission of ranex.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or participating in any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over ranex or other players.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical fault in the ranex platform or any game offered on ranex. Players who discover a technical fault must report it to ranex support immediately. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a fault will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the ranex platform. ranex is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Opening or operating more than one ranex account, whether under your own name or any alias, or assisting any other person to do so. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

ranex employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems that operate continuously. These systems analyse betting patterns, account activity, and financial transactions to identify prohibited conduct. The findings of these systems are used in conjunction with human review to make final determinations on account status.

ranex is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. ranex provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending. These tools are available at all times from within the player's account settings and can be activated without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before the increased limit becomes active.
• Session time reminders: players may set reminders that are displayed at defined intervals during active gaming sessions. These reminders are intended to prompt reflection on time and money spent during the session.
• Time-out: players may activate a temporary time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player's account is locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be made. At the end of the time-out period, the account is automatically reactivated unless the player has requested an extension.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and permanent. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to ranex support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given by the player.

ranex strictly enforces its minimum age policy of 21 years. ranex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, fair use rules, or payment terms. In such cases, ranex may also forfeit the account balance if the breach involved fraud, misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct.
• ranex is required to do so as part of its compliance obligations, including anti-money-laundering requirements, fraud prevention procedures, or a legal order from a competent authority.
• The player has requested account closure. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact ranex support. Where a player has an outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure, ranex will process the withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ranex will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate its findings to the affected player. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. If a breach is confirmed, ranex will notify the player of its decision and the reasons for it, subject to any legal constraints on disclosure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ranex, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of ranex, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, even if ranex has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ranex's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to ranex in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ranex does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. ranex will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance. ranex is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, whether planned or unplanned, and players should not rely on continuous availability of the platform for time-sensitive betting purposes.

ranex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it significantly affects a player's rights or obligations — ranex will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the contact details held on the player's account.

Your continued use of ranex after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ranex and may request account closure in accordance with the account suspension and closure provisions set out above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ranex's operating jurisdiction. By using ranex, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact ranex's customer support team in the first instance. ranex will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints informally within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the informal process, the player may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedure communicated by ranex support upon request.
